Lumen Swarm Privacy Policy

Lumen Swarm ("the game") is made by Iniziova Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data the game handles and why.
Summary
- No account is needed to play. We do not ask for your name, email, or contacts.
- Your progress is saved on your device.
- With your permission, the game sends anonymous gameplay analytics to help us improve it.
- The game shows ads to stay free. Our ad partner may use your device's advertising ID. You choose personalized or non-personalized ads on first launch and can change it in Settings.
- Players who say they are under 13 get no analytics and non-personalized ads only.
What we collect and why

We do not sell your personal data.
Your choices
- Settings → Privacy choices in the game: turn analytics and personalized ads on or off at any time.
- Device settings: reset or delete your advertising ID (Android: Settings → Google → Ads).
- Deleting data: uninstalling the game deletes the save file on your device. To ask us to delete analytics data linked to your device, email play@iniziova.com with your request. We answer within 30 days.
Children
The game is rated for ages 12+ and is not directed at children under 13. If a player says they are under 13, the game turns off analytics and crash reporting and only requests non-personalized ads.
EEA, UK and Switzerland
Before any ad is requested, the game shows Google's consent form (Google UMP). Our legal bases are your consent (analytics, personalized ads) and our legitimate interest (crash reports, fraud prevention). You can withdraw consent at any time in Settings. You have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to complain to your local data-protection authority.
Data retention
Analytics events are kept for up to 14 months. Crash reports are kept for up to 90 days. Ad partners keep data under their own policies.
